1. The Contract All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India.
2. Services Halpit.com is a platform that connects professionals with customers seeking specific services. Professionals are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Halpit.com
   1. We operates this website, established to facilitate introductions between customers seeking professional services and professionals capable of providing a broad spectrum of services.
   2. Customers may use the website to search for and identify potential professionals. Our algorithms assist in identifying professionals who may meet the customer’s specific needs. We refer to customer inquiries as “Requests” or “Leads” and each Request will prompt us to connect you with professionals who may fulfill your specified criteria.
   3. To utilize our Facilitation Services, you must accept these Terms and Conditions upon submitting a Request. At this point, an agreement is formed between you and Halpit.com for the provision of the Facilitation Services. Any agreement to receive services from professionals is a separate contract between you and the professional.
   4. When you submit your Request, we will verify your contact details and location. If the contact information is incorrect, inactive, or if the IP address does not correspond with the requested service’s location or falls outside our operational area, your request will be declined.
   5. Upon verification of your Request, you will receive details of professionals potentially able to meet your requirements. Up to five professionals might contact you directly, although you have the option to initiate contact yourself. If no professionals are identified who can meet your criteria, you will be informed and given the opportunity to broaden your requirements.
   6. You have the right to review information from the professionals and decide whether to engage a professional to provide the services you need. We do not endorse nor confirm the capabilities of professionals identified through our Facilitation Services. It is your responsibility to determine whether a professional can meet your requirements before entering into any contract.
   7. Should you engage a professional, you will enter into a customer contract with them directly. It is important to note that the services are provided by the professional, not by Halpit.com. Halpit.com is not a party to any customer contract, and such contracts do not create any employment or service relationship between Halpit.com and any customer.
   8. Halpit.com may provide links from the Website to a professional’s own website, where applicable, and includes a facility for customers to review a professional’s performance. These reviews are accessible on the Website for prospective customers.
   9. Reviews should be honest, reflect your personal experiences, and must not contain offensive content, including racist or sexist remarks, copyrighted material, unlawful content, or any personal information. We reserve the right to remove reviews that do not adhere to these guidelines and may restrict your ability to submit future reviews.
   10. Halpit.com does not control or influence the content on a professional’s website and accepts no responsibility for such content. Contracting for services from professionals must be done directly with them.
   11. The Facilitation Services provided through our website to you as a customer (excluding professionals) are offered at no cost.
   12. Termination of contract You may terminate your contractual relationship with Halpit.com at any time. To do so, you must discontinue your use of the Facilitation Services. If you have registered a customer account on our Website, termination of your contract requires formal notification. Please contact us via email, telephone, or postal mail using the contact details provided in this document to initiate the closure of your account.

       Important: Halpit.com serves solely as a facilitator for the introductions described herein. Any services provided by a professional to a customer are governed by a separate legal agreement. Should any issues arise from the performance of these services, your legal recourse is directly against the professional, not Halpit.com.

3. User Account To access and use certain sections of the website, you may be required to create an account with us. By creating this account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update relevant information should it change.
4. Use of the Website You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.
5. Privacy Policy Your use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy of Halpit.com, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.
